In many communities, myths, stigma, and limited access to reliable information continue to expose adolescents and young people to preventable health challenges. Unintended pregnancies, sexually transmitted infections(STIs), gender - based violence, and harmful cultural practices can have lasting effcets on education, economic opportunities, and quality of life. These challenges highlight the need for continuous continuous education, open dialogue and accessible health services.

We understand that sexual and reproductive health extends beyond preventing disease. It includes menstrual health and hygiene, family planning information, maternal health, mental well-being, prevention and management of sexually transmitted infections, gender equality, and protection from violence and exploitation.
